Meet the Appraiser: Keith VandenAkker

I was born and raised on a dairy farm in Whitinsville, Massachusetts, where my grandfather, father, and uncle operated West End Dairy. Growing up on that farm taught me the value of hard work, pride, and persistence — lessons that continue to shape my professional life.

I earned a degree in Business and Psychology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI, and have been a full-time appraiser since 2004. I’ve had the honor of serving a wide range of clients—from individual homeowners to attorneys, banks, and real estate professionals.
